AU PAIR RESPONSABILITIES AND COMMITMENTS
 
Responsabilities

In order to guide you, these would be the main duties of the Au Pair. Nevertheless, the Au Pair will be informed about them before coming to the host family:

• To take care of the children, supervising and to play with them:
• Getting children ready to school, appointments or extracurricular activities
• Supervising homework
• Preparing easy children's meals
• Bathing, dressing and putting children to bed
• Helping to keep children's rooms tidy
• Talking to/teaching English, German or French to the children. You must understand that you don’t have to give language classes just play with them in your native language
• Assiting with light household duties
• The Au Pair must buy his/her round trip ticket

Commitments

• Don't hit the children under any concept or circumstance.
• Not to make use of the phone for international calls without permission of the family.
• To respect the schedules agreed with the family (hour of getting up, night exits, eaten hours, ... etc).
• To take advantage of the opportunity to learn Spanish with the host family
• To have the best intentions with the host family in order  to have a pleasant and happy stay.
• To respect the host family authority and its habits and routines.
